Introduction

Calvin (Kevin) Clark (Movant) appeals the motion court’s denial, following a hearing, of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief as untimely filed. We affirm.

Background

Following a jury trial, Movant was convicted of one count of first-degree assault, one count of armed criminal action, and one count of attempted first-degree robbery. Movant was sentenced to consecutive terms of imprisonment for life, 30 years and 15 years, respectively.
