Appellant-plaintiff Potomac Leasing Company is in the equipment leasing business. It does not, however, directly employ any leasing agents. Instead, appellant operates in the following manner: Salesmen, who are themselves actually employed by manufacturers or distributors of products, are provided with blank copies of appellant’s leasing documents and are instructed with regard to how those docu ments are to be filled out.
