KANE, District Judge.
Plaintiff, formerly Assistant Director of the Pennsylvania Lottery (“Lottery”), al leges that during the course of her' employment she was discriminated against because of her sex in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
