In this action, the plaintiff, I-I. M. Martin, filed suit against the National Bank of Claremore to recover $1,864.16 principal and $1,054.81 interest for money alleged to have been deposited on time deposit certificates at 4 per cent, interest per annum in the defendant bank on and between the respective dates of October 31, 1917, and September 2, 1921. The cause was tried to a jury and a verdict rendered in favor of the plaintiff on September 29, 1932, in the sum of $1,117.66.
