Vance Berry brings this appeal from the denial of his motion for new trial following his convictions of malice murder and armed robbery of Scott Thompson. We affirm, but remand for further review.
1. The appellant contends that the evidence was insufficient to support the convictions. The evidence adduced at trial showed that the victim and his brother-in-law had driven from Cobb County to Bankhead Court Apartments in Fulton County with the intention of purchasing drugs.
