This is an appeal by the defendant, William Henry duPont, hereafter “father” from a final order entered in consolidated proceedings in the Superior Court. The plaintiff, Deborah Eldredge duPont, hereafter “mother,” former wife of the defendant, filed a petition on September 7, 1965, seeking to have the father adjudged in contempt in violation of the final decree of October 20,1961 divorcing the parties and purporting to award custody of the parties’ children to the mother.
