Appellee, the county collector of Marion county, made application to the county court of that county for judgment and order of sale against the property of appellant, the Chicago and Eastern Illinois Railway Company, for delinquent taxes. Appellant filed objections to $1541.10 levied as a county bond issue tax, and to $154.11, levied in three separate items, for light, water, fuel, supplies and repairs for the court house and jail.
