This diversity action was commenced below by appellee, Opal M. Hamilton, against appellant, Transportation Insurance Company,' to recover upon a fire insurance policy covering a stock of merchandise and the furnishings and fixtures used in connection therewith. After issue, the trial court appointed a Special Master to take the evidence and make findings of fact and conclusions of law.
