Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Viscardi, J.), entered December 27, 2000 in Essex County, which granted defendant’s motion for a protective order vacating subpoenas issued by plaintiff.
As described in this Court’s prior decision (260 AD2d 904), the underlying action herein was commenced by plaintiff to recover legal fees allegedly owed by defendant and her late husband pursuant to a June 1993 retainer agreement.
