MEMORANDUM **

Byron Chapman appeals the district court’s judgment, following a bench trial, in favor of Defendants. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We review a district court’s factual findings for clear error, and the standing determination de novo. Lozano v. AT & T Wireless Servs., Inc., 504 F.3d 718, 725 (9th Cir. 2007). We affirm in part and vacate in part.
