{¶ 1} Relator, General Dynamics Land Systems, Inc., has filed this original action requesting that this court issue a writ of mandamus ordering respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate its order that awarded permanent total disability ("PTD") compensation to Tommy R. Morris ("claimant"), and to enter a new order that considers evidence relator submitted after the December 31, 2007 deadline set forth in the commission's vocational pre-hearing conference letter.
