This action was brought by the plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries, and was tried before the court and a jury, against the defendant Pictorial Review Holding Corporation. The other defendants failed to appear on the trial, but no inquest was taken against them. At the close of the entire case motions were made to dismiss the complaint and for a direction of a verdict in favor of the defendant Pictorial Review Holding Corporation, on which decision was reserved.
