Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Chenango County (Smith, J.), entered June 2, 1992, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, to direct respondent to pay for support of his children.

Petitioner and respondent were divorced on December 9, 1987 after having lived apart pursuant to a separation agreement for over one year.
