MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

BILL G. PARKER, Chief Judge.

Now before the Court in the above-referenced adversary proceeding is the Defendants’ Second Motion for Summary Judgment (the “Defendants’ Motion”) filed by Gary Dean Jackson, Gloria A. Jackson, and the Jackson Law Offices, P.C. (collectively, “Defendants”) on November 17, 2003. The Court, after reviewing the pleadings and considering the summary judgment evidence presented, finds that the Defendants’ Motion should be granted and that judgment should be rendered for the Defendants in this adversary proceeding. 1
