This is a petition for review by a bank and its principal stockholders and officers of a decision of the Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Oral argument was heard on an expedited basis, and extensive briefs have been filed by both parties addressing numerous charges leveled against the Board’s removal of the individual appellants from the bank and cease and desist orders concerning the bank’s operation.
