DONALD RUSSELL, Circuit Judge:
Doolin Security Savings Bank, F.S.B. (Doolin), appeals a decision by the Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (Board) to terminate Doolin’s insured status. We affirm.
