STRUTZ, Judge.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of the defendant, General Motors Corporation, for a dismissal of the plaintiff’s complaint.

The action was brought to recover damages which the plaintiff alleges he sustained when he purchased a new 1960 Chevrolet 2i/£-ton truck-tractor, manufactured and distributed by the defendant corporation. The truck was purchased from one of the defendant’s dealers, the Jay Kline Chevrolet Company, of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
