Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kangs County (Dowling, J.), rendered September 29, 2004, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (five counts), attempted robbery in the first degree (two counts), robbery in the second degree (three counts), grand larceny in the fourth degree (six counts), and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
