This is a patent infringement action brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1498 (2012). Plaintiff, SecurityPoint Holdings, Inc. (“SecurityPoint”), alleges that the Transportation Security Administration (“TSA”) has infringed claims 1-4, 6-9, and 12-15. of U.S. Patent No. 6,888,460 (“460 patent”) by employing similar or identical means and method for recycling trays and carts at airport security screening checkpoints.
