{¶ 1} This case is before the court pursuant to a motion to dismiss appeal for lack of a final appealable order filed by plaintiff-appellee, Kathleen Jones. Defendants-appellants, Randy L. Gori, Gori Julian & Associates, John Barry Julian, Sara M. Salger, Erin L. Beavers, Martavious Thomas, David Todd Matthews, and Brandon Belt (collectively "Gori"), oppose Jones' motion to dismiss relying, in part, on this court's prior decision in *325 Huegemann v. VanBakel , 12th Dist. Fayette No. CA2013-08-022, 2014-Ohio-1888 , 2014 WL 1831431 .
