EVANS, Circuit Judge.

Petitioner seeks an enforcement of its order of August 12, 1942, which was entered after hearing, upon usual proceedings, under section 10 of the National Labor Relations Aet, 29 U.S.C.A. § 160. The alleged unfair labor practice followed shortly upon the Examiner’s Report to the National Labor Relations Board, that respondent had violated the N. L. R. Act.
