Affirming’.

This action was filed by the appellant S. C. Barnett against the appellees, John S. Gilbert, William Marcum and W. R. Sparkman, sureties on the bond of P. B. Mason, former sheriff of Laurel County. Mason was also a defendant but died during the pendency of the action and it was not revived against his personal representative. On trial by a jury, verdict was for the defendants. From the judgment entered on that verdict, this appeal is prosecuted.
