— Affirming.

E. L. Gambill brought this action against A. C. and Fred P. Hurt on a note for $1,200, dated September 12, 1921. The signature on the note was “A. C. Hurt & Bro.” It was executed to A. L. Gambill and assigned by bim to Ms brother, E. L. The trial resulted in a verdict in favor of the appellee. This appeal is being prosecuted from a judgment on that verdict for the amount of the note with interest from the date of execution.
