In this action plaintiff (respondent) seeks a¡ decree quieting title to certain real property described in the complaint, located in Delta townsite, Millard county. It is alleged in the complaint that plaintiff is the owner in fee simple and entitled to the immediate possession of the property described. There is also an allegation that defendant (appellant) claims an interest in said property, the exact nature of which is unknown to plaintiff.
