March 6, 1935, plaintiff filed her complaint against the named defendants for the foreclosure of a mortgage. There were answers by the executors of the last will of James Anna Lawrence, deceased, and C. H. Dixon, as Receiver of The First National Bank of Spartanburg, S. C. Thereafter Fae L. Tindall, Willie Mae L. Bishop and James W. Wolfe, as Receiver of The Citizen’s Bank of Inman, S. C., were made parties defendant. All of the defendants filed answers.
