Pending before the Court is a motion to reconsider the denial of a motion to dismiss for improper venue filed by the Defendant on June 12, 2017. Dkt. No. 70. The Plaintiff's opposition to the motion was predicated upon its assertion that the Defendant has waived its right to that relief *82and, alternatively, it cross moved to transfer venue to the Southern District of New York.
