This is an action to quiet title brought by Nellye M. Parks, plaintiff, against D. Replogle and C. T. Huddleston, Jr., as defendants. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of defendants, and plaintiff appeals.
Plaintiff claimed title to the land by virtue of a deed from the county commissioners of Okfuskee county, who obtained title by a resale tax deed issued by the county treasurer of that county, after the 1940 resale.
