Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Howard Bell, J.), rendered May 17, 1993, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of kidnapping in the first degree and six counts of sodomy in the first degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of 25 years to life on the kidnapping conviction and 121/2 to 25 years on each of the sodomy convictions, unanimously affirmed.
