The Circuit Court of the City of Suffolk entered judgment on a jury verdict in favor of Lawrence J. Monahan in his medical malpractice action against Obici Medical Management Services, Inc. ("Obici") and awarding him damages in the amount of $215,000. Monahan appeals from the trial court's decisions to instruct the jury on mitigation of damages and to deny his motion to strike certain evidence related to the issue of mitigation.
