Defendant Keith DeWitt 1 (DeWitt) appeals from the district court’s order denying his motion for reduction of sentence under 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c). We AFFIRM)

In September 1998, a federal grand jury returned a seven-count indictment charging DeWitt with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than one kilogram of heroin and more than five kilograms of cocaine, including crack; with money laundering; and with making false statements on federal income tax returns.
