The Borough of Kingston filed a bill in equity to enjoin John Kalanosky and Mary Kalanosky from the operation of a retail beer dispensing business upon premises owned by the defendants, averring that the premises were located within the General Residence (TJ5) Districts as provided under a zoning ordinance duly enacted and approved on December 3, 1928.
