FINESILVER, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion to Remand the action to the District Court in and for the County of Pueblo, Colorado.
Plaintiff originally brought this action in state court seeking damages for breach of contract, negligence, and out rageous conduct in connection with her contract with defendants whereby defendants undertook shipment of plaintiff’s mobile home trailer from Virginia to Pueblo West, Colorado.
