RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.

Michael J. Bakalis, Ph.D., brought this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 seeking damages from four individual members of the Board of Trustees of Community College District No. .54 (“the Board”) for terminating him without due process of law. The defendants moved for summary judgment on the merits and, alternatively, on the ground of qualified immunity. The district court denied the defendants’ motion and defendants brought this appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We now affirm.
