FLAHERTY, Justice.

Appellant Edward Eugene Lohr appeals pro se from the affirmance by Superior Court 1 of the Court of Common Pleas’ dismissal, without hearing, of his petition under the Post Conviction Hearing Act (PCHA), 2 challenging the legality of the imposition of a separate sentence for each of the crimes of which he was convicted, statutory rape and attempted murder.
