I cannot agree with the majority opinion. Appellants claim the judgment of the Court is not supported either by the evidence or the law and that the Court was without jurisdiction to establish a common boundary line between the McNeils and the Mackeys (successors in interest to the Attaways). I agree that the Court was without authority under the pleadings to establish a boundary line between the Mc-Neils and the Mackeys.
