Defendant was charged in the county court of Goal county with the crime of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, was tried, convicted, and sentenced to pay a fine of $50 and serve 30 days in the county jail, and she has appealed.

This charge grew out of a search of the home of defendant, who was living with her husband, at Centrahoma, in Coal county, on the 28th day of March, 1939. The search was made by a deputy sheriff of Goal county as a result of an affidavit made by him in which the property to be searched is described as follows: “* * * the premises, outbuildings and appurtenances,…
