The plaintiff, Realstar Realtors, L.L.C., brought suit against the Executor of the Estate of Roger W. Smith, contending that the Smith estate owes Realstar a real estate commission. After the court overruled demurrers to the plaintiffs amended motion for judgment, the defendant served discovery requests, to which the plaintiff responded. The plaintiff, Realstar, has filed with the court, and made a part of the record, its responses to the defendant’s interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions. See Turner v.
