Plaintiff sued defendant in trespass before an alderman for damages caused by a collision between plaintiff’s school bus, operated by its employe, and an automobile owned and operated by defendant. The alderman rendered judgment in favor of plaintiff for $150.17 for the repair bill. Defendant appealed to the court of common pleas. Thereupon, plaintiff filed its statement of claim and defendant filed an affidavit of defense and counterclaim for $140 for damages to the body and other parts of defendant’s automobile, setting forth the measure of damages as the difference in the…
