On September 20, 2009, the Debtor, Carmen V. Ciotti, filed a voluntary Petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. Currently before the Court is an Amended Complaint to Determine the Discharge-ability of a Debt (“Complaint”) filed by Plaintiffs, John C. Melarango, Trustee (“Trustee”) and Boubacar Barry (“Barry”). While the pleadings are somewhat confusing as to the nature of the relief being sought, all Parties agree that this is an action in which the Plaintiffs seek to deny the Debtor a discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2)(A) and §…
