On March 2, 2014, the Debtor, Erica Lybrook, filed a voluntary Petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. Currently before the Court is a Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Debt (“Complaint”) filed by Plaintiff, Atty. John C. Melaragno, Chapter 7 Trustee (“Trustee”).
