In this dispute arising out of the disposition of an estate, Samuel Foster, the husband of Sara A. Foster, deceased, appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to Martha Ramsey, the decedent’s daughter and executrix of the estate of Sara A. Foster (Decedent).
