MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

CONBOY, District Judge:

On April 28, 1988, the court entered a temporary restraining order against the de fendants restraining generally acts relative to the shutting off by union members employed by plaintiff of electronic pagers, commonly referred to as “beepers,” during the hour those employees took their lunch breaks.
