In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., defendant G. D. Searle & Go. appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 1, 1972, which denied its motion (1) to vacate certain of plaintiffs’ interrogatories and (2) to stay the balance of the interrogatoriés. Order reversed, with $10 costs and disbursements, and motion granted, with leave to plaintiffs to pursue such remedy as may be appropriate, if their counsel be so advised, to obtain copies of the data in issue, upon the conclusion of the Illinois discovery and inspection.
