Appellant, Leo Wolff, is a merchant engaged in business in the town of McGehee, Arkansas. His place of business was located in a building known as' the Graystone Hotel Building, his merchandise being stored in two rooms therein. The building was situated in block 51 of the town of-MeGehee. A part of the building was constructed prior to 1925, and in that year it was extended toward the north by the construction of an “annex” or addition thereto.
