Once more (and perhaps for the last time), the judiciary of Maryland has been implored to resolve a skirmish in Howard County’s answer to the Hundred Years War. A stalwart band of Howard County property owners who are operating a private airstrip on a portion of their residential properties have bested, with the aid of the Howard County Board of Appeals that has sanctioned the continuation of the aerial activities, a coterie of the airstrip’s equally stalwart but disgruntled neighbors.
