delivered the opinion of the court:
Defendant appeals from an order of the circuit court of Livingston County which found him to be in contempt of court for neglecting and refusing to pay court costs and restitution as part of his sentence of probation. He was sentenced to 158 days in jail.
On September 12, 1979, defendant entered a plea of guilty to three counts of burglary and one count of criminal damage to property. He was sentenced to two years’ probation on each count, the sentences to run concurrently; and in each case a fine of $50, court costs and restitution…
