In the edition of May 26, 1948, of the newspaper “El Mundo,” published in this capital, the following information appeared:
“Charged with having split a one-dollar bill into two.
“A complaint was filed by the Police in the Municipal Court-of Yauco against Osvaldo Pérez del Rosario, white, 17 years old, and Félix Caraballo, white, 45 years old,- for the alleged offenses of false pretenses and cheats.
