* Writ of error granted March 24, 1926. Appellee sued appellant to recover damages, alleging that on January 18, 1924, he was employed by that company as carpenter helper, and that he and the carpenter under whom he was working, Juan Castro, were directed by their foreman to cut a piece of iron grating, that he was holding the grating while Castro was cutting it with hammer and chisel, and that a piece of metal flew off and struck him in the eye, causing the loss of his eye.
