THIS IS a Chapter 11 reorganization case and the immediate matter under consideration is an objection to the claim of American Cyanamid Company (Cyanamid) in the amount of $111,600 filed by B.J. Thomas, Inc., (Debtor). The claim is based on an alleged breach of a demolition and salvage contract by the Debtor, which caused Cyanamid to engage a third party to complete the contract after the Debtor’s breach, and to incur expenses in the amount of $111,600.
