Plaintiff Dan Patterson (“Plaintiff’) brings the instant negligence and products liability action against Defendants Home Depot USA, Inc. (“Home Depot”), Krause-Werk GmbH & Co. KG (“Krause-Werk”), and Krause, Inc. (Dkt. # 1.) Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2), Krause-Werk now moves to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction. (Dkt. # 12.)
